Product Manager

Decide what Link becomes next, by spending time with the operators who use it and turning what they need into products that work.

About Wehand

Wehand is an AI research and deployment company building intelligence for logistics. Link, our operational intelligence platform, brings together the people, vehicles, routes, money, documents and performance data that delivery and logistics operators already have, and helps them understand what is happening, why, and what to do next. Depot-1 is the intelligence behind it.

Our customers run real operations: vans leaving depots before sunrise, drivers to pay, carriers grading them every week. The software we build has to be right, fast and trusted by people who do not have time for anything that is not.

The role

You will own what we build and why. Every feature at Wehand starts with a real operational problem, and your job is to find the right ones, understand them better than anyone, and work with engineering and design to ship the simplest thing that solves them.

You will spend a lot of time with operators: on calls, in their tools and, where possible, in their depots. The roadmap should be driven by what happens on a real morning, not by a slide deck.

What you will do

  • Talk to customers every week, and turn what you learn into clear problems, priorities and decisions
  • Own the roadmap for Link, from discovery through to launch and adoption
  • Write specifications that engineers want to read: the problem, the outcome and the trade-offs, without padding
  • Work closely with our AI engineers to decide where intelligence helps, how to measure it and where people must stay in control
  • Define and track the metrics that show whether a feature is working, and act on them
  • Shape pricing, packaging, onboarding and how new features are introduced to customers

What we are looking for

  • Experience as a product manager on a B2B software product, ideally at an early-stage company
  • A track record of shipping products that customers use and pay for
  • Comfort with data: you can write a query, read a dashboard and question a number
  • Enough technical understanding to have real conversations about trade-offs with engineers
  • Sound judgement about what to leave out
  • Clear written English

Nice to have

  • Experience in logistics, delivery, fleet, supply chain or field operations
  • Experience shipping AI-powered products
  • Experience selling to, or working in, operations-heavy businesses

How we work

Remote, with a small team and real ownership. There are no layers between you and the decisions, and the work you ship reaches operators within days, not quarters.

We write things down, we talk to customers directly, and we would rather ship something small that works than something large that might.

Built for the people who keep parcels moving.
